Health Guarantee
We promise that every Ragdoll kitten undergoes rigorous health screenings and age-appropriate vaccinations. Below are the guarantee terms we offer to you and your kitten.
Health Guarantee
The Seller guarantees that your kitten is free from the following diseases: 1) Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV), 2) Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV or feline AIDS), 3) Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM), and 4) Polycystic Kidney Disease (PDK).
Vaccinations
The Seller will complete all age-appropriate vaccinations at the time your kitten is picked up.
Genetic and Congenital Defects
If your kitten dies within two (2) years of birth due to a genetic or congenital defect, the Seller will replace the kitten upon receipt of a complete necropsy report issued by the licensed veterinarian who treated the kitten at the time of death. Speculation about the cause of death cannot substitute for a complete, independent necropsy.
Replacement Policy
If the Seller replaces any kitten for any of the reasons stated above, the Seller is not obligated to replace the kitten with one of the exact same color or pattern; however, the Seller will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide a kitten that is the same or similar.
Refund Policy
Except as otherwise provided in this agreement, the Seller has no obligation to replace your kitten for any other reason. No refunds will be issued unless the Seller decides otherwise. If the Seller encounters unforeseen circumstances and is unable to provide the kitten to the customer as agreed, the Seller will refund the deposit.
Color and Pattern
No express or implied warranty is provided regarding color or pattern. All kittens are born white, and color/pattern development varies from kitten to kitten. For example, if a kitten is selected at 4 weeks of age, colors such as blue and lilac take longer to develop, and the final result may differ from earlier expectations.
